"3 indoor chairs provided are very fragile and wobbly, so we have to switch them with the outdoor chairs in balcony. The toilet door handles are loosen. No lift."

"The hotel has a great location. It's very near the chic part of Nice and not far from the sea. It's also modern, the building appeared to have been updated recently. You can actually see a little of the see from the balcony overlooking the street, which was nice. The air conditioning works well and there are also nice big windows to let in the breeze and plenty of light. The windows are also fairly sound proof. All the rooms--bedroom, living, kitchen area, bath--had all the necessary basics. The apartment has a simple kitchen--stove, oven, refrigerator, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine. It also has a decent selection of pots and pans and a few dishes and glasses."

"The apartment is centrally located but that also means that there is a lot of street noise at all hours. It wasn't easy to sleep with the windows open despite the pleasant weather. The furniture is flimsy and for some reason there are only three dining chairs. And those dining chairs were scary. They squeaked so much I thought they would break every time I sat in one. In fact, one of the balcony chairs did break. The kitchen tools, also, are a random selection of the cheapest available gathered by someone who clearly doesnt cook. The wine opener in particular would likely embarrass any self respecting French person. Although there is an oven, there were no baking pans. In summary, a modern centrally located apartment but don't plan on cooking anything there other than coffee."
